Key Responsibilities

• * Provide speech therapy services to patients in their homes on an intermittent basis.
• * Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing conditions.
• * Develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers.
• * Professional Development: Ongoing training, mentorship opportunities, and support for career development.

Requirements

• * Active and unencumbered Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of practice (required).
• * Medicare OASIS documentation proficiency (required).
• * Two years of experience in speech therapy (preferred).
