Physical Therapist - Home Health Visits

BAYADA Home Health Care offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for a per diem Physical Therapist position in West Baltimore County, Maryland, covering Reisterstown and surrounding areas. This role involves home health visits for adult and geriatric patients, providing rehabilitative care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You will perform diagnostic tests, develop individualized care plans, and educate patients and families. A current Maryland Physical Therapist license and at least one year of clinical experience are required. Experience with home health and Oasis is required.

Compensation is based on $57.00 to $73.00 per point, subject to negotiation.
