Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Behavior Therapist, you will deliver 1:1 therapy sessions using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and track progress by collecting data on each goal daily. You will collaborate with experienced Program Supervisors and BCBAs to help children with Autism develop meaningful skills.

Requirements

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED. Full-time availability from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, is required, along with reliable transportation and a positive attitude towards working with children.
