Lead Physical Therapist- Senior Living Visits

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Lead Physical Therapist in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, for senior living visits. This per diem, part-time, or full-time role offers a flexible daytime schedule with 1:1 patient care.

## Responsibilities include home visits, diagnostic testing, individualized care planning, patient and family education, and documentation. Candidates must hold a current PA PT license and have graduated from an accredited program. EMR experience is preferred.
