Physical Therapist- Home Health Visits

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for full or part-time home health visits in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, including Crofton and surrounding areas. This role serves adult and geriatric patients in their homes, providing rehabilitative care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include performing diagnostic tests, developing individualized care plans, and educating patients and families. A current Maryland Physical Therapist license and at least one year of clinical experience are required.
