Job Description
About the Role
- Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist.
Key Responsibilities
- Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist.
- Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per PT Board.
- Assist in maintaining department.
- Participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences, as needed.
Requirements
- The position is not a supervisory position.
- Qualification Education and/or Experience Licensed as a Staff Physical Therapy Assistant Board of the States.
- Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.
- Language Skills Ability to read technical procedures.
Work Schedule
- Fixed schedule.
- No explicit call, weekend, or night shift information provided.
