Wound Care – Midwest – No weekends, no call

Imagine working Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no call and no weekends. This locum tenens Wound Care Physician role in Iowa offers a steady patient volume of about 20 patients per day, primarily geriatric and adult.

You will perform wound care procedures such as debridement, skin grafting, casting, incision and drainage, and laser Doppler study interpretation. The physician is supported by a skilled nursing team including 5 wound certified nurses.

Requirements include board certification or wound certification (ABWM or similar) and an Iowa medical license. Hyperbaric experience is preferred but not required.
