Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Conduct in-office and occasional tele-health visits
• Collaborate with NP/PA colleagues
• Participate in weekly clinical rounds and team huddles

Requirements

• Completed accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency
• Board certified or board eligible with plans to certify
• Licensed in Colorado

• Base salary $229,900 to $236,900 annually
