About the Role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as an RN Nurse Manager in Skilled Nursing. Lead clinical staff and oversee home care nursing services in Missouri East Skilled Adult Nursing & Pediatrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate and oversee clinical staff including nurse residency program.
• Lead field staff delivering client care and ensure policy adherence.
• Visit clients at home and supervise clinicians.
• Manage case evaluations and staff development.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Missouri.
• Minimum 3 years recent RN or LPN experience.
• At least 1 year nursing management or pediatric nursing experience.
• BSN/MSN preferred.
