• PART II: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE Any fully licensed mental health professional, (i.

-, LMSW, LPC) to provide mental health and/or behavioral health services in the State of Michigan with a minimum of two years experience.

• Limited Licensed Mental Health Professional who are in the process of obtaining full licensure within 6 – 12 months.
