Physical Therapist, (PT) - Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist in Roxboro, NC, to provide home health visits in Person, Caswell, and Orange counties. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include home visits, diagnostic testing, care plan development, patient education, and documentation.

Requirements include a current North Carolina PT license and graduation from an accredited program. Prior EMR experience preferred.
