Admissions Physical Therapist- Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a full-time Admissions Physical Therapist to provide home health visits in Somerset, Union, and Middlesex Counties, NJ. You will complete OASIS Start of Care visits, perform diagnostic tests, develop individualized care plans, and educate clients and families.

## Requirements include a current NJ PT license and at least one year of recent clinical experience.

Compensation is RVU-based at $65-$75 per point with a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
