Home Health Admissions Registered Nurse

Work full-time as an Admissions Registered Nurse completing OASIS Starts of Care for geriatric patients in Senior Living communities around Dedham, Massachusetts. This role requires at least one year of prior clinical RN experience, with home health and OASIS experience preferred.

You will accurately document client care management using electronic tablets and work with independent and assisted living communities in Newton, Wayland, Milford, and nearby towns.
