About the Role

Join Premise Health as a part-time Physician Assistant in Greeley, Colorado providing occupational and ambulatory care. Work 8 hours per week on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams and preventive health measures.
• Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, and wound care.
• Develop patient care plans and ensure continuity.
• Educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.

Requirements

• Current NCCPA certification and state licenses.
• DEA license and controlled substance certification.
• At least 3 years clinical experience in ambulatory or occupational health.
• BLS and possibly ACLS certification.
