Registered Nurse - Home Health Visits

About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for home health visits serving adult and geriatric clients in Maryland's East Baltimore County and City areas. Care is provided on a per-visit basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow patient care plans.
• Conduct home visits in assigned territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
• Execute and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments and case management.
• Document care using electronic tablets.

Requirements

• Current Maryland RN license.
• Minimum one year recent clinical experience.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
• Ability to travel as assigned.
