Physical Therapist- Home Health Visits

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for full-time, part-time, or PRN home health visits in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. This role serves adult and geriatric patients in their homes, providing rehabilitative care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include performing diagnostic tests, developing individualized care plans, and educating patients and families. A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license and at least one year of clinical experience are required.
