Physical Therapist- Home Health Visits

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks an experienced Physical Therapist for full-time home health visits in Essex County, New Jersey. This role serves adult and geriatric patients in their homes, providing rehabilitative care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include performing diagnostic tests, developing individualized care plans, and educating patients and families. A current New Jersey Physical Therapist license and at least one year of clinical experience are required.

Compensation is based on $68.00 to $75.00 per point, subject to negotiation.
