Job Description
Monarch seeks a Licensed Therapist in Greensboro, NC to provide outpatient behavioral health services. This full-time role involves individual, group, and family therapy, crisis assessment, and coordination with community resources.
Candidates must hold a master's degree and appropriate licensure (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or LPA). The position offers a starting salary of $65,000 with a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments.
Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with on-call and weekend coverage as needed.
