About the Role

Join Geisinger as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Family Medicine at Mt Pocono, Pennsylvania. Treat all ages with extended appointment times for complex patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 40-minute visits for complex patients and 20-minute visits for average complexity.
• Participate in daily huddles with care teams.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, care managers, and coding educators.
• Utilize eVisits, patient portals, and urgent care clinics to increase access.

Requirements

• Ability to treat all ages from birth to geriatric.

Benefits & Compensation

• $10,000 recruitment incentive paid at start (2-year obligation).

Work Schedule
