Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized care plans with daily treatment sessions to address areas identified in the initial evaluation.

• Utilize various modality interventions to manage and alleviate patient symptoms.

• Complete initial evaluations, including visual assessments, measurements, and hands

• on interpretations, to establish effective care plans. 2. Documentation and Compliance:

Requirements

• Education & Experience:

• Graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.

• 0 to 6 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
