About the Role

Provide virtual behavioral therapy to children, teens, and young adults via telehealth with DirectShifts. Support clients with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 100% remote therapy.
• Use evidence-based approaches like CBT.
• Collaborate with licensed supervisors and clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Associate Counselor or Therapist License (ALPC, ALMFT, LMSW).
• 4-6 months experience with children and families.
• Currently accruing supervised hours toward full licensure.
