NP/PA - Virtual Health Assessment

Oscar Medical Group seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for their Virtual Health Assessment team. This remote role requires working 8am-8pm EST Monday through Thursday and 8am-6pm Friday and Saturday with 8 or 10-hour shifts. One late shift ending at 8pm EST is required weekly, plus two Saturday shifts per quarter.

## Compensation ranges from $104,000 to $136,500 annually with eligibility for employee benefits, vacation days, and performance bonuses.

## Responsibilities include preventative care screenings, medication reconciliation, diagnosis, health coaching, and virtual patient engagement. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish, licensed in Texas and at least one other state, and have 3+ years of outpatient family or internal medicine experience. Telemedicine experience is preferred. This role offers a flexible remote work environment with a focus on patient-centered care.
