Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered assessment, goal planning, and treatment for mental health and/or substance use issu.
- Provide screening, intakes, and assessment of clients utilizing required instruments and formats within appr.
- Develop strength-based written treatment plans/updates and continuing care plans and make appropriate referr.
