• Board Certified or Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Ability to obtain WA medical license and DEA.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range $279,366 to $328,666.
• Signing bonus up to $30,000.
• Primary care bonus $100,000.
• Relocation allowance up to $13,000.
