About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a full-time Registered Nurse to join the Fort Collins Visits team serving adult and senior clients in Windsor, Colorado. Provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in patients' homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor client conditions.
• Follow and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments.
• Manage cases and coordinate care.
• Accurately document observations and interventions.
• Travel locally to client homes on a schedule that fits your needs.

Requirements

• Current Colorado RN license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• One year prior clinical RN experience required; home health experience preferred.
