BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a full-time Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) in Fayetteville, NC. The role involves home health visits to adult and geriatric clients in Cumberland, Harnett, and Hoke counties. Weekend availability Friday through Sunday is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow patient care plans.
• Conduct home visits in assigned areas.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor and report patient condition changes.
• Document doctors' orders and assessments.
• Coordinate case management.

Requirements

• Current North Carolina RN license.
• Minimum one year recent clinical experience.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
