Fast Pace Health seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner in Brookhaven, Mississippi to deliver high-quality care in clinic and telehealth settings. The role supports a team-oriented environment with a focus on patient satisfaction and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care in clinic and telehealth.
• Lead and guide clinic staff.
• Manage patient histories, symptoms, and medications.
• Meet patient volume goals.
• Complete patient charts timely.
• Attend monthly meetings and training.
• Support new employee onboarding and training.
• Work minimum shifts if PRN; full-time requires 12-hour shifts and every other weekend.
• Participate in on-call duties periodically.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN).
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license and DEA.
• Preferred 1-2 years clinical experience.
• Proven telehealth clinician experience.
