About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring full-time Registered Nurses to provide home health visits to adult and geriatric clients in Quincy, Braintree, and surrounding towns in Massachusetts. Part-time and per diem options are also available.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow patient care plans.
• Conduct home visits within assigned geographic areas.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
• Execute and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments and case management.
• Use electronic tablets for documentation.

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Prior clinical experience as a licensed RN required.
