Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible
This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.
About the Role
Join Navajo Area Indian Health Services as a Primary Care Physician at Tohatchi Health Center, New Mexico. Provide ambulatory care to a diverse population within the Navajo Nation.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients across all ages.
- Provide preventive and health maintenance care.
- Order diagnostic tests and coordinate referrals.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Completion of Family Medicine residency.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by ABFM or AOBFM.
- Current unrestricted medical license.
