About the Role

Compass Health Center offers a part-time virtual Adult Group Therapist position providing group therapy via telehealth across Illinois. The role focuses on evidence-based group modalities like CBT, DBT, and ACT.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate group therapy sessions.
• Develop therapeutic group relationships.
• Relay clinical information to treatment teams.
• Engage in crisis management as needed.
• Create and update treatment plans.

Requirements

• Licensed Psychologist or Master’s level therapist with relevant licenses (LSW, LPC, LCSW, LCPC, PsyD, PhD).
• Core skills in CBT and DBT.
• Preferred experience in PHP/IOP or inpatient settings.
