About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for home health visits in Middle River, Maryland. The position serves adult and geriatric clients in East Baltimore County and City.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow patient care plans.
• Conduct home visits in assigned territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes.
• Document physician orders and assessments.
• Manage case coordination and documentation.

Requirements

• Current Maryland RN license.
• Minimum one year recent clinical experience.
• Preferred prior home care experience.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
• Ability to travel as assigned.
