Key Responsibilities

• Participates in performance improvement activities

• Maintains a current license, certification, and registration as applicable

• Contacts assigned client within 24

• hours of admission and 1:1encountersat least weekly

Requirements

• Master’s Degree and Current Indiana Licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PSY. D, LPCC) or License Eligibility

• At least 2 years prior experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, with residential treatment experience preferred.

• Commitment to client, family, and referent satisfaction

• Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $55K - $75K
