About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for per diem home health visits in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role focuses on senior living communities across Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, and Union counties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform home visits to evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and update treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care.
• Document care accurately using electronic medical records.

Requirements

• Current North Carolina license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Prior home care experience is a plus but not required.
