Key Responsibilities

• will plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct physical therapy, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules regulations, and guidelines that govern a skilled nursing facility participate in discharge planning, development and implementation of patient care plans, patient assessments, etc.
