About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative therapy to geriatric patients in Senior Living Communities in Hingham and Braintree. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit clients in Senior Living Communities.
• Perform diagnostic tests including mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans.
• Educate clients and families.
• Document care using tablet technology.

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license.
