Key Responsibilities

• and Responsibilities Reviews physicians referral (prescription) and patients condition and medical records to determine physical therapy treatment plan.

• Tests measures patients strength, motor development, sensory perception, functional capacity, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency, and records findings to develop or revise treatment program.

• Plans and prepares written treatment program based on evaluation of patient data.

• Administers manual exercises to improve and maintain function.

Requirements

• Requirements and Qualifications NYS Registered Physical Therapist.

• 2+ years experience in high volume outpatient orthopedic setting.

• EMR experience required, MEDENT preferred.

• Clinic/gym environment; considerable physical activity.
