About the Role
Equip Health seeks a Chief of Staff, Clinical to partner strategically with the Chief Clinical Officer. This remote executive role maximizes leadership effectiveness and drives clinical department alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic thought partner and proxy for Chief Clinical Officer.
- Manage clinical department OKRs and business reporting.
- Prepare leadership meeting materials and track outcomes.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years healthcare, operations, consulting, or strategy experience.
- Proven success supporting senior executives.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
