Registered Nurse, RN - Senior Living Visits

About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a full-time Registered Nurse for its North Boston Senior Living team. This Medicare Certified home health office serves adult and geriatric clients in assisted living, independent living, and other senior communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans per patient needs.
• Conduct home visits in Reading, North Reading, and Andover.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes.
• Execute and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments and case management.
• Document care using state-of-the-art tablet technology.

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Minimum one year recent clinical experience.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and strong interpersonal skills.
• Computer proficiency; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.
