Join BAYADA at Inspira Hospice as a Hospice Volunteer in Woodbury, New Jersey. This unpaid, temporary role supports clients and families in Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland Counties.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with home management tasks.
• Provide companionship and friendship to clients.
• Offer caregiver relief.
• Specialty volunteer areas include Reiki, Massage, Pet Therapy, Craft Volunteer, End of Life Doula.
• Share talents such as music or art.
• Provide transport escort assistance as needed.
• Assist with clerical and office tasks.
• Memorial service planning.
• Bereavement support to loved ones.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Completion of criminal background check as per state requirements.
• Meet all applicable state volunteer requirements.
• Meet BAYADA and state regulations if providing professional services.
