Weekend Physical Therapist - Home Visits

About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks an experienced per diem Weekend Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative therapy to adult and senior clients in their homes in Windsor, Colorado. Prior home health experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests including mobility, range of motion, balance, and strength assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans including therapeutic exercises and gait training.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care.
• Document interventions and evaluations using electronic tablets.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in Colorado.

Benefits & Compensation

• Compensation of $63 to $68 per productivity point based on experience.
• Mileage reimbursement provided.

Work Schedule

• Weekend shifts only.
