Full-time. $58K-$79K. Two evenings weekly. Work with kids and families. Clinical supervision included. Grow your skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-going assessments, crisis intervention and case management to clients and their families.
- Develop and monitor service plans, treatment progress, and maintain timely clinical documentation and other reporting data.
- Collaborate with other staff in a treatment team model by providing, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical services.
- Maintain superior customer service for internal and external customers by providing information and answering questions/requests in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Willingness to provide family interventions is a must
Requirements
- Experience or coursework in working with children.
- Addictions Counselor training/certification or willingness to pursue.
- Two evenings a week required.
- Experience with Trauma-Informed Care
- 1 year of experience providing play therapy and family interventions
- Some positions include driving a company vehicle and require a valid Colorado driver’s license.
Benefits & Compensation

- Salary Range: Master’s Level Unlicensed: $58,011 - $69,618 annually. Master’s Level Licensed: $66,040 - $79,217 annually based on relevant years of experience.
- Proficiency in using computers and telehealth systems.
- At least one year of experience in the behavioral health field.

Work Schedule
- Status: Full Time, Hourly, 40 hours per week
- Shift times: On-site, daytime hours, available 2 evenings a week
- Eligibility and pro-rated benefit levels are based on FTE (full-time equivalent) status
