BAYADA Home Health Care seeks an experienced full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative care to seniors in Baltimore County, Maryland. This role focuses on senior living communities with limited travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient physical therapy visits within designated geographic areas.
• Perform diagnostic tests and develop individualized care plans.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care.
• Document care accurately using electronic medical records.

Requirements

• Current Maryland Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum one year of recent PT experience.
• Graduation from an accredited PT program.
