Key Responsibilities

• and Responsibilities Administer physical therapy treatments and interventions as outlined in the established plan of care.

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, balance training, gait training, and functional mobility activities.

• Provide manual therapy techniques and apply therapeutic modalities as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.

• Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.

Requirements

• Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

• Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

• Current BLS/CPR certification.

• Knowledge of physical therapy procedures and rehabilitation techniques.
