Key Responsibilities
- Buy-In options: Clinic Directors who meet defined performance metrics may qualify for part-ownership in Mountain Land Physical Therapy.
- Treat 10 patients while serving as the go-to therapist for mentorship and clinical guidance.
- Lead and inspire your team by example.
Requirements
- Current PT License or ability to obtain (No sanction).
- 2+ years of experience as an outpatient PT.
Benefits & Compensation
- Total Potential Income with Bonus: $110,000–$130,000 annually
- Student Loan Repayment: $5,250 per year
