Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments, histories, and physical examinations.
- Develop and manage treatment plans for trauma and emergency general surgery patients.
- Assist trauma surgeons with procedures and ongoing inpatient management.
- Provide cross-coverage for trauma admissions and emergency surgical consults.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation using Epic EMR.

Requirements
- Adhere to medical staff bylaws, credentialing standards, and quality benchmarks.
- REQUIRED Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (Master's degree in Nursing) - REQUIRED
- Board Certification (ANCC or AANPCB) - REQUIRED
- Active, unrestricted Colorado Nurse Practitioner license - REQUIRED
- Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross) - REQUIRED

Work Schedule

- Deliver comprehensive Trauma and Acute Care Surgery services during overnight coverage.
