Job Description
About the Role
Provide outpatient therapy across the lifespan to children, youth, adults, couples, and families with a focus on Latino/a/x, Hispanic, and Chicano/a/x communities. Services include diagnostic assessments, individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and case management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mental health assessments and provide psychotherapy.
- Develop and monitor treatment plans.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Maintain clinical documentation.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
- Licensed or within 6 months of licensure preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Benefits & Compensation
- $31.25 - $36.28 per hour.
- Language differential $1 - $2.50/hr.

Work Schedule
- 40 hours per week.
- Hybrid work with at least 3 days in person.
