Speech Language Pathologist, SLP - Home Health

About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for per diem home health visits in Thomasville, North Carolina. You will serve adult and geriatric patients in Davidson and Randolph counties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care.
• Document care using electronic medical records.

Requirements

• Current North Carolina license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent.
• Prior home care experience required.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
