About the Role

CoxHealth is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide in-home evaluation and therapy services in southwest Missouri. This role supports patients in their homes to relieve pain and restore function.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments in patients' homes.
• Develop and implement therapy plans to maximize physical performance.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license.
• Ability to provide reliable transportation.
