Provide screening, preventive, and primary care services in non-clinical settings including in-home, community, nursing facilities, and pop-up clinics in Gallup, NM.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and physical exams.

Requirements

• 1+ year NP experience.
• National certification (AANP or ANCC).
