About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks an experienced Physical Therapist for full-time home health visits in Archdale, NC and surrounding areas including Thomasville, Trinity, and Sophia.

Key Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and assessments.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans.
• Educate clients and families.
• Document care using electronic medical records.

Requirements

• Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license.
• Graduation from accredited PT program.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• EMR experience preferred.
